Digital Broadcast Solutions / Channel Stacking Switches (CSS)
Entropic Communications is a leading fabless semiconductor company that designs, develops and markets system solutions to enable connected home entertainment. Entropic offers CMOS Silicon Tuners which support multiple analogue and digital standards, Channel Stacking Switches (CSS), and is a founding member of MoCA, a global home networking consortium that sets standards for the distribution of video and other multimedia entertainment over coax.

The RF5218 and RF5219 are the latest Entropic CSS solutions, offering up to 40% lower power consumption from previous generations. The ICs are designed to support up to 12, respectively 8, stacked channels on a single cable using a single ASTRA recommended Set Top Box. (STB).
